Compensation and Pay
Pay for course development and for teaching courses
CCCOnline consortium will reimburse the colleges who provide teaching faculty at the established rates (see below). Colleges will invoice CCCOnline for that amount at appropriate times. Colleges will compensate faculty based on the CCCOnline established compensation plan. Colleges may choose to reimburse faculty at higher rates than those established for CCCOnline faculty, however, they cannot pay less. Colleges where faculty reside will establish whether the course is part of a faculty’s workload or is an overload course.
Faculty Compensation
CCCOnline consortium will reimburse the colleges who provide full time teaching faculty at the established rates (see below). Colleges where full time faculty reside will establish whether the course is part of a faculty’s workload or is an overload.

| Teaching Assistants and Mentors: |

Additional Activities for Compensation:
- $20 per hour up to 80 hours for development of course and/or training materials.
- $300 per week for facilitation of an online asynchronous workshop
- $50 per hour for up to 3 hours for the development and delivery of a synchronous session/webinar training (e.g., Elluminate).
- Up to $350 for faculty presentations on content related to their discipline/field
All compensation must be approved in advance by the Exec. Director, Program Chair and/or Training Director. All work is paid at completion and acceptance of course curriculum.

Matrix 2 faculty will have no “Needs Improvement” on the Quality Assurance Report in all classes taught the previous term for several key indicators. For details see the Faculty Gold document.
