Profhelp

profhelp@cccs.edu

ProfHelp's mission is to help faculty when you have technical problems in your course or when you are not sure how to make changes in your course pages. We'll coach you on how to solve problems using skills covered in the "Getting Started" training course (formerly called TRN 101-102), including basics all faculty should know. If you have problems that are beyond this level of skill (such as broken links) we will fix those for you. We're available Monday through Friday, and do our best to reply to requests within 24 hours of receipt, M-F. Please contact us whenever you need assistance.

Course Assessment

Program Chair

Your program chair is your "first point of contact" if you have issues or concerns about your online course.

If you think you may have a troublesome student in a course, let your Chair and Student Services personnel know as quickly as possible so they can be prepared to answer any questions or challenges from that student.
