Pre-Hire Training Requirements

At CCCOnline, instructor training is a priority. In order to be assigned a course to teach, you need to first complete a couple of courses. Review the CCCOnline Faculty Professional Development Policy.

The courses required prior to teaching your first course are designed to familiarize prospective faculty with the CCCOnline educational philosophy, practices, and procedures and introduce you to the Learning Management System (course software) that is used to deliver courses at CCCOnline. The courses last approximately 2-3 weeks and are designed to ensure you begin your first term teaching with confidence!

All CCCOnline training is free-of-charge to faculty and prospective faculty. Certificates are given to each participant upon completion of a training.
