| What is COF? |
 |
COF, or the College Opportunity Fund, is a program of the Colorado Commission on Higher Education. COF is for in-state undergraduate students. The State of Colorado has money put aside for your tuition. However, you must apply for the College Opportunity Fund, or you'll pay more of your tuition bill.
