Welcome to ECE 102, Introduction to EC Lab Techniques!
This Lab Couorse requires you to complete 60 Hours of lab work children in a high quality child care setting. Students are expected to demonstrate understanding of concepts present in the class and through asigned reading by successful performance at lab site. This will be evaluated through the preparation of three videos of the student working with children and two evaluation bt the supervising teacher/s. Therefore you must have access to a digital videos camera for the duration of this class.
This class has been set up with the requriement for staffing in the state of colorado. if you are working or living in another state/country you will need to obtain the licensing requirement of that state/country and compare the to Colorados requriement.

Notes to Students: This is a digital content course. An optional hard copy text is available. The custom text is loose-leaf and my require the use of a large binder. students will also need access to a digital. camera (cell phones are acceptable) to submit photos (as .jpg, .tif or .bmp) of their assignment. microscopes are available through your bookstore, from local sources, or online.
