Complaint Form

If you'd like to file an official complaint that will be investigated by CCCOnline administrative staff, please complete this online complaint form. Once reviewed, an email will be sent to your student (student.cccs.edu) email account with the resolution and/or next steps needed to resolve your complaint.

Re-Enrollment Form

If you have been dropped from your course for any reason and wish to be re-enrolled, please fill out this online reenrollment form. See our CAPP Policy for more information about the necessary qualifications for re-enrollment.

Course Grade Appeal Process

Grade appeals are for final grade decisions. CCCOnline recognizes that grading decisions are solely determined by its instructors. Extenuating circumstances can exist in rare instances where a student wishes to appeal the final grade.
