If you were dropped from your course for any reason and wish to be re-enrolled, fill out this online re-enrollment form. See our CAPP Policy for more information about the necessary qualifications for re-enrollment.

If you have taken, or are currently taking, a CCCOnline course and have a complaint about your experience, want to appeal a grade, or experienced misconduct by a student or instructor you may file an online complaint form.
