If you’d like to file an official complaint that will be investigated by CCCOnline administrative staff, please complete this online complaint form. Complaints will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member, based on the nature of the complaint. An email will be sent to the student’s college email account regarding the resolution and/or next steps needed to resolve the complaint.
