Credits: 3 Explores the link between culture and communication and will develop and/or enhance communication skills and the abilities appropriate to a multicultural society. Emphasis will be on understanding diversity within and across cultures. Credits: 3 Focuses on the role of communication theory and skills as they apply to business and organizational settings. Topics include organizational and leadership models, effective communication skills with peers, superiors, and subordinates, environmental factors impacting communication, and interviewing skills.
