Students are responsible for following the policies set forth in their home college Student Handbook in addition to these CCCOnline Course Policies. Academic Integrity violations include (a) Committing an Act of Plagiarism (b) Sharing login information (c) Submitting coursework completed by another (d) Unauthorized assistance with coursework (e) Self-plagiarism. Learn more about each of these violation types from the Academic Integrity page of the Student Handbook and the associated Student Academic Integrity Tutorial . - Note that CCCOnline Instructors follow specific procedures for addressing student violations of the Academic Integrity Policy:
- First Violation – A student may receive an F or zero for coursework related to a violation. Instructor documents violation, communicates with student, and may notify the CCCOnline Associate Dean.
- Second/Subsequent Offenses – Instructor notifies student and documents violation. Student receives an F or zero for the coursework related to a violation. Student may also receive an F for the course. CCCOnline Associate Dean is notified of violation. Student’s home college may be notified by the CCCOnline Director of Student Services. Student may incur further academic consequences as directed by the policies of their home college.

End of Semester
Students may access CCCOnline courses at least one week after the end of the term. However, the last day to turn in any work is the last day of the term. Refer to Academic Dates for specific start dates, end dates, and Add/Drop/Withdrawal dates for the term.
Course Syllabus Disclaimer
Other than course competencies and these standard Course Policies, adjustments to the Syllabus may occur both before and during the term to address reasonable needs with materials, course activities, and tools.
Mandatory Reporting
CCCOnline is committed to preserving a safe and welcoming educational environment for all students. As part of this effort, CCCOnline instructors have an obligation to report certain issues relating to the health and safety of campus community members. CCCOnline instructors must report to the appropriate CCCOnline officials any allegation of discrimination or harassment. Sexual misconduct, which includes sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual contact, non-consensual sexual intercourse, and sexual exploitation, is considered a form of discrimination.
In addition to reporting all discrimination and harassment claims, CCCOnline instructors must report all allegations of dating violence or domestic violence, child abuse or neglect, and/or credible threats of harm to yourself or others. Such reports may trigger contact from a College official who will want to talk with you about the incident that you have shared. In almost all cases, it will be your decision whether you wish to speak with that individual.
